Fresh Water Windows was founded in the summer of 2023 by two brothers, Michael and Joseph DeLabio, who shared a simple vision: bring clarity, quality, and honest craftsmanship back to the window-cleaning industry. What began as a small side project quickly grew into a passion—so much so that in 2025, both brothers left their full-time jobs to dedicate themselves entirely to building a business they believe in.
